For Buyers
1. How do payments work?
All payments must be completed through Moolah’s in app checkout for the full order amount including applicable fees. This ensures the transaction is processed securely within the platform.
2. Who pays for delivery?
Buyers cover the delivery cost and any return shipping costs, unless stated otherwise in the listing.
3. Where can items be delivered?
Shipping labels provided through Moolah support deliveries within Singapore only.
4. What happens if an item is lost or damaged during delivery?
Shipping issues such as loss or damage are handled by the third-party delivery partner, such as SingPost, according to their terms and conditions.
5. Can items be collected instead of shipped?
Yes. Sellers may offer Free Pickup. Buyers will receive pickup instructions, including location and contact details, in the order confirmation.
6. How are Lucky Draw prizes delivered?
For Free Lucky Draw prizes, sellers and buyers arrange delivery directly. If shipping is required, the seller covers the shipping cost.
For Sellers
1. How do sellers ship items?
Sellers must prepare the parcel, print the shipping label from
the order page, and ship the item using Moolah supported
delivery services or approved third party providers.
Shipping labels can be printed:
- At home using a printer
- At a nearby print shop
2. How should items be packed?
Items must be securely sealed in a box or polymailer with the shipping label clearly attached before dispatch.
3. Why must item weight be accurate?
Item weight must be declared accurately during listing.
If the actual parcel weight exceeds the declared weight,
the additional shipping cost will be deducted from the
seller’s earnings. Repeated under declaration may lead to
account suspension or termination.
4. What are seller responsibilities?
Sellers must ensure listings accurately reflect the item’s
description, condition, and images.
Misrepresentation may lead to refunds, transaction
cancellation, additional fees, or account restrictions.
Returns & Policy Compliance
1. Who pays for return shipping?
Buyers cover return shipping costs, including the return
label.
This applies even when an item is returned due to a mismatch
with the listing.
2. How are returns handled?
Returns and refunds must be processed through the Moolah app according to Moolah’s Return Policy. Seller earnings may be adjusted accordingly.
3. What happens if shipping policies are not followed?
Violations may result in:
- Lower seller ratings
- Listing removal
- Transaction cancellation
- Payment withholding
- Additional charges
- Account suspension or ban
4. What happens if an item is counterfeit or illegal?
Items identified as counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised may be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
